Download and Access
InnerSync is available for free download on Google Play and the App Store. To use the app's features, you must create an account by providing your personal information and subscribe to a paid subscription.
User Account
To create an account, you must provide your first name, last name, email address and phone number.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
Subscription and Payment
Using InnerSync requires a paid subscription, the price and frequency (monthly or annual) of which are indicated in the app at the time of subscription.

Automatic renewal at the end of each period
Valid and up-to-date payment information required
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on Google Play or the App Store.
Refunds
No refunds are granted for partially used subscription periods.
Personal Data
InnerSync collects personal data and health data. The collection and processing of this data are governed by our privacy policy.
Intellectual Property
All InnerSync content, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of AGS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reproduce this content without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use InnerSync only for legal purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Prohibited actions:
Hack or modify InnerSync systems
Access systems without authorization
Use the app in a way that harms other users
Use the app for illegal purposes
Medical Warnings
InnerSync is a wellness application and not a medical device. Heart coherence exercises do not replace professional medical advice. Consult a doctor before using InnerSync if you have health problems.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, AGS will not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use InnerSync.

No guarantee that the application will be error-free
No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
Termination and Modifications
AGS may suspend or terminate your access to InnerSync in case of violation of these terms.
